Shopping Online
1.1 Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the site or use any of the services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools added to the current store are also subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most recent version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We ensure that all prices, photos and descriptions of products appearing on the website are accurate. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Return Policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

1.2 We will not be liable if for any reason the Glintoria website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time we may restrict access to some parts or all of the Glintoria website.

Process
In most cases, we do NOT ship orders the same day. It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option chosen. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you placed your order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2.1 All orders you place on this website are accepted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who buys our products CANNOT go and resell them on amazon, eBay, and etc.

2.2 Failure to accept your order may be due to one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

The product you ordered is out of stock;

Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;

We have identified an error in pricing or product description;

There is a system or procurement failure.

2.3 When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email detailing the product ordered and the payment method used.

Tracking your order
3.1 Once your payment has been made, we will process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, with the name of the courier and a link to the tracking number to follow your package. It may take 1 - 2 days for the tracking information to be visible. Sometimes the tracking information is not updated, but you will still receive your order. If there is a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact the courier directly.

3.2 All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at the numbers above to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address.

3.3 It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small window of time to cancel/change your order or change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write us at support@Glintoria.com as soon as you have placed your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are various time limits within which we will be able to do so.

4. Cancellation of order

4.1 If for any reason you wish to cancel an order that you have placed before it has been delivered and it has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order by contacting Glintoria Customer Service online at support@Glintoria.com

4.2 Since it is our policy to try to process orders immediately, it is not always possible to prevent an order from being shipped.

6. Payment

6.1 We only accept payment for orders in US Dollars.

6.2 We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Paypal.

6.3 We take all reasonable steps to keep the details of your purchase and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to data you provide when accessing or ordering on the Glintoria website. 6.4 By purchasing any of our products, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including updated information) or obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to verify your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

7. Pricing Policy

7.1 While we try to ensure that all of our prices displayed on our website are accurate, sometimes errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

8. Product availability.

8.1 Once an item is sold out, it will be removed from the website at the first opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. Goods are subject to availability. As some time elapses between the time you place your order and the time the order is accepted, the stock position with respect to certain items may change. If an item ordered by you is out of stock before we have accepted the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
